Very quiet & clean park. I really liked my site. I had a back in site with the river behind me. I didn't use the showers/bathrooms but I was told by others in my group that it was nice and clean. No trees or shade at most sites but the weather was on the cool side. I'll probably come back again.
We have stayed here before the renovations. The paved roads and new rv sites are awesome! The river is beautiful and the pool and hot tub had just opened on Labor Day. It’s beautiful and we look forward to coming back!
I would give this park a five star rating because of its location and look at it its just beatiful and everything is just pristine and so well taken care of I was shocked when I got here because it was so much more than I expected if I'm ever in this location I will defiantly stop here again let all my friends know about it when I called to stay here I didn't realize they had a two day minamum stay policy but they let me stay one night and what a surprise for me to be here if you nothing but drive out here and see this place do it and it will be quite an awaking for you
Great stay as always! Really like all the renovations happening and the paved roads. I’d like to see the staff more present down by the river, we saw a few people from Sons Island setting up canopies on the San Marcos Resort side which left limited space for your actual guests.
So we stayed her for the first time. When I called to book I ask about bringing our golf cart. We were told yes you can bring it and use it. I guess the policy changed from the time I booked until the time I got here. They are crazy to charge a 100 deposit for a golf cart . Maybe 20 at most but a 100. I complained and it got waved. The lady at check in was not very friendly. If they do not change the golf cart policy I will not be back they are insane. Please keep on mind it is our own golf cart. Why do you have to charge 100 for me to us my own stuff.
