Sand Hills RV Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sand Hills RV Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the best camping experiences I’ve ever had! The best place to stay when visiting the sand dunes! For anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor activities, Sand Hills RV Resort is the perfect destination. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you, Sand Hills, for an unforgettable experience!

Loved, loved, loved it here! My first time & have nothing to say but when are we coming back. Thank you to our host, spot #70 was an epic experience & cannot wait to explore more next time. We stopped on our long drive to Glacier National Park and this was just what we were looking for. Friendly and responsive owners made out check in and out fast and convenient. We did a little research and learned that there are amazing sand dunes nearby. We’ll need to come back to see all this area has to offer! Would stay here again and again. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Without a doubt you couldn’t pay me to come back here. Within minutes the staff had me wanting to leave, it’s just rude to say, repeatedly nobody else has complained! Then, wouldn’t come outside to check. 35 feet away I had to connect my water. Also, this is not like typical parks, if you have a 30 amp system, be sure you have an adapter. In my experience, places with 50 amp, also have a 30 amp connection. This place does not. Beyond that, restrooms were not stocked properly for 2 days. People constantly walking through my campsite,. When, I come back to the dunes, it will be another place. The response from the owners is quite incorrect. Staff is unwilling to help and, argues with you. The water was broken and, I was forced to use another spigot. 35 feet is unacceptable and irregardless of any statements made by this establishment don’t waste your time and money here. There is a much better place just down the road.

We have only been going to Sand hills for a few years now but this year was great! Mark is awesome, super friendly and welcoming. There was an accident with the power in our spot due to the construction of the new showers (so excited for the new showers) and Mark was on top of it. Doing everything he could to make sure we were comfortable until it could be fixed. Enough so that it didn’t affect our trip at all. We always enjoy our stay and with the improvements, we look forward to going back for many years.
