Epic place, though make sure to get your tags and have your flags. When rock really meets sand riding. If you have paddle tires the dune area can be wicked fun (though they will get torn up a bit on the rocks) so make sure to have a second set of dirt tires as the dune areas limited. We were good with one day paddle rest rest was great on dirt (just had to make the bikes work a little harder.
Love this park. You can hang out by the reservoir, rock crawl, bomb through the dunes, rent a boat, etc. The opportunities are endless. Has everything from mild to wild, and the facilities are always very clean and kept up. Cannot recommend enough
Great little park in southwest Utah. Didn’t get to explore as much as I would have liked- but definitely will be back. Dog friendly. Sandy beaches. Great weather when I was there in late November.
Came in and caught the last day of UTV TAKEOVER 2024. We parked in a remote spot away from Sand Hollow State Park. After the event, we camped in the State Park. Very spacious and nice! The riding areas had so much diversity! Very technical trails from extreme to basic levels. Check the trail rating system! Sand to rocks, and the views were stellar!! Quick ride into town on the ATV for supplies! It's definitely a great location...oh! and there is a lake!! If you are into boating and offloading, then this is your spot!!
We have come here every year for the last 3 years. It is a family favorite. So much to do. Cliff diving, paddle boarding, and of course the ATV s in the sand is phenomenal. So much to see and do. Love the campsite on the west side. We have our favorite spot but we're not giving out the number. Husband said that's a Jensen secret.
