Sad to see the state took the property from the owners. I love this place and have for close to 30 years. Truly the best place on the water. Hopefully the new owners don't put up houses.

We had nice quiet time!! We stayed in one of the sites along the river without the cabana, and it was perfect! Had a nice little sandy area between our camp and the river that we were able to pull our bass boat up to and anchored it right there! It was our 15th anniversary and wanted to relax and fish!! We did just that!! We have a large travel trailer with a huge slide out, and we had plenty of space! You can see our boat in one of my pics :)

What an amazing staff. The owner was out there busting tables just like anyone else he's truly an amazing owner truly cares about the customer. His daughter Amanda is one of the highlights of the whole trip. I've been down there several times and me and her have a an amazing connection. Cannot wait to see her again as I found out on my last trip that for the first time in a long time she's free. You're amazing Miss Amanda and you will be seeing me a lot more. The Russian Englishman both excited to see you and when I pull up on my bike you know how loud and hot I get. I'll see you very soon face it promotions approved

Must stop, amazing place right near the River. Everett the owner is awesome. They have Taco Tuesday and all you can eat past Wednesdays. Beer can chicken later in week. Closing for floor replacement August 5-15th. Get in there and have your fix before then. 😊

This is our families go to vacation place every year for all major holidays and then some. If you love water , boating and socializing this is the place for you . We barely use our trailer as we are busy hanging out on the river or in the water sipping on beverages. Yes boats are on the river at 6am but you know that's when the river is smooth like glass and a great opportunity to test your boats abilities. I hate it when people complain - your at the river with family and friends. How can that ever be a bad thing!!
