Very nice hotel with a great selection of rooms and dining options on site. Had a really nice little stay-cation. Pool was very nice too. Only complaint was the room service app had a glitch so had to call for my order and it was late the next morning. Hopefully it was just a one-off because the overall experience and amenities were great!
Very nicely furnished rooms - clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Michaela at the front desk really helped us when we got stuck in Kamloops with car troubles. High recommendation for a nice place to say. Convenient to downtown and riverside trail. Nice athletic and pool facilities.
Yogesh and his team are amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and smelled wonderful! We stayed in the train side which was oddly comforting. The gym was clean and had a great selection of updated machines. Can’t wait to come back, will be staying here every time! This is now our main hotel when we visit beautiful Kamloops. Can’t recommend enough.

From the moment I arrived, Abinashy greeted me with a warm smile and ensured a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly attentive, promptly addressing any inquiries I had and offering insightful recommendations about local dining and attractions. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly elevated my experience. I also took advantage of the hotel’s “Breakfast On-The-Go” option, which was both convenient and delicious. Priced at just $8, the breakfast box offered a variety of choices, providing a great start to my day.  In summary, the Sandman Signature Kamloops Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent location, top-notch facilities, and exceptional staff. Wonderful place to stay. It is close to downtown and many amenities. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I was on the side close to the train initially but was able to sleep with ear plugs available and a noise machine in the room. I moved to the back side of the hotel as I wanted a kitchenette for my long stay and was impressed with the space and view. Staff are amazing and go out of their way to provide a nice stay. Pool, hot tub and gym are all in excellent condition.
