Grey Pine trail is a very nice trail, moderately wooded and shaded, with great views of the lake and wildlife. We saw a bobcat and a buck. A decent amount of elevation up’s and downs, to burn some calories without burning you out. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful couple of days. Was able to pick our site easy enough. Fishing was fun. caught lots of blue girls and cat fish. It was beautiful and had a few wildlife sightings. Had an absolutely great time .staff was so nice
We went last week August it's hot during midday. The pool was closed. Only opened Sunday. No lifeguard. Everyday Campground, Restrooms, showers were cleaned. Showers were $1 for 4 minutes. Boat Kayak rentals. No swimming in the lake. Has a small store. Friendly workers. Coyote 2 had the most shade throughout the day. We're going back soon . It's beautiful.
Camped for 2 nights in roadrunner. Enjoyed a beautiful hike and fished for a day. Beautiful scenery and quiet. Can't wait to go back in early spring.
TRASH!!! Paying 12 bucks to pick up trash... is that why I came? No. That's what you'll end up doing. Staff apparently can't be bothered. Every pull off, every trail, every where. What a rip off!
