Best winter camping ever 5 of us and the dog had a great time! Did a catfish charter with "let's go charters" picked is right up on the dock! It was so convenient. It's close to 95 and groceries! They deliver the best pizza right to your camp site! So many great things! And the sunsets are to die for
We have been here for 2 months and have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is so friendly and Ms. Ruby keeps the bathrooms and the laundry room facilities clean and she is enjoyable to talk to! Can’t beat ordering food, ice and wood and it being delivered to your door. the beautiful sunset almost every night is one of the many perks!
We didn't stay at the KOA, rather we stayed at a campground down the road. When we got into town we were starving and the lady in our camp suggested the KOA for pizza and it did not disappoint. The ladies there were very nice. The camp store is amazing The pizza was made to order and as promised, I was gone in 15 minutes.
Been staying here for years now,it is a nice place to stop and rest.Lake views are pretty.People there are very nice and accommodating A huge shout out to "Sandy " this last week for letting us change our dates because of me getting sick.She was so nice and understanding Even offered me a prayer to get well Try their Hunt Brothers pizza thin crust,always good.Close restaurants by also.Thanks KOA
Santee Lakes KOA Journey is a nice, wooded campground on Lake Marion and just off Interstate 95. They have the usual amenities (bathhouse, laundry, pool, game room) but they also have Hunt Brothers Pizza, a beach, picnic area and boat ramp. Nicer than many Journeys. We only stayed one night, so didn’t use any amenities. Paid $77 for 50 amp electric and water (no sewer).
