Nice, quiet spot to camp. There’s a few toilets around the campground and picnic tables at each site. Beautiful views! Mosquitoes were absolutely insane in July though. Bring bug spray!
3 stars only because it was a day trip. Its a beautiful area with a pretty rough road & there was still snow all over the camp area. I do think this could be a 4 or 5 star depending on the time of year & how private it COULD be.
Free campground.. with beautiful set up and private spot.close to the lake!
I'd give more stars if it wasn't for all the bugs horse flys mosquito's and just about every other bug god made lol.... But the views were beautiful nice camp spots
The campground is split into 2 different sections. One is on the shore of the lower lake (4 sites) and the other (12 sites) sits southeast-ish of the lower lake. It's a lovely place, and it's free.
Beautiful area but very, very, very busy.
