Scott Lake Resort

My wife and I had a great time at this resort. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a great value in a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway. It’s located in a quiet rural area right across the street from Scott Lake. Perfect for kayaking or just hanging out during the evening in front of a peaceful bonfire. We’ll probably be trying to make it back up once the leaves start changing colors as I imagine that with all the trees around the lake it’ll be an awesome view…I definitely recommend this resort for any couple looking for a good old peaceful getaway.

Good size lake only down fall is the boat launch area no dock. Good amount of blue gill and perch.

Stayed at Scott Lake Resort over the weekend for a girls trip. 11 of us stayed in 5 rooms. Every room was super clean and super comfortable. Each room has a fully stocked kitchen which made meals super easy; no having to leave the resort for anything! Tanya and Jon are great hosts and made it a point to say hello, welcome us and let us know to let them know if we needed anything. They have a beautiful gazebo we sat out the rain in and when the sun came out we enjoyed the pier, diving board, pontoon raft and kayaks. The fire pit was nice to sit around and make s’mores in the evening where they have comfy Adirondack chairs. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the beach room with our family of four (2 adults and 2 small kiddos) . Perfect getaway with family for a weekend! Grandpa and grandma stayed in one of the smaller rooms which worked out perfect for our outdoor or indoor breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean and accommodations perfect for a relaxed weekend away from all the “noise”.

Beautiful views of the water, private lake access, a swimming dock, a campfire circle, and so much more. Absolutely lovely owners. We stayed in the country themed room, and were so very impressed with all the amenities in the unit. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, the appliances were all new, and it was very quiet at night. We saw a hummingbird every morning as we sat in the front porch chairs drinking coffee and watching the lake. Our daughter loved the lake, and was spoiled by the satellite TV. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
