So damn beautiful. You won’t believe the color of the grass in the meadow, it’s almost neon green with a little stream winding its way thru it. There’s only a few spots so make sure you come early. We will be back!
If you are up for a hard core bike ride this is the place for you! Shasta gravity will bring you up as well!
Quiet, beautiful and far greener than spots farther south on 3. Had the place to ourselves. Piped water would be nice but bringing my own was a cinch.
Nice drive, unless you ask my brakes, the scenery is of course amazing, cant beat the hiking in this area, whether comin or goin seems to be always uphill, word of caution though, plenty poisonous plants, plenty venomous snakeys, & a myriad of bitey insects including the nymph deer ticks that carry lymes, do well to put preventative efforts I effect. Light colored tucked in attire, some bugs spray may help
Beautiful field of pitcher plants. Not a lot of people here. Nice. Quiet. Clean toilets.
