Scottish Inns Hurricane Mills, TN

This little place is nothing fancy. Nothing extravagant. HOWEVER, if all you require is a nice clean room, comfortable clean beds for a good night's rest on a road trip this is definitely perfect. Plus points for parking for about 10-12 semi trucks. Travelling for a living I stay at LOTS of motels/hotels from $ to $$$. I'd put this on par with an older Days Inn, newer Motel 6 or comparable Super 8. No frills just a clean, warm safe place to spend the night. Save the $20-40 and skip the budget chains. This will do you just fine.

stayed here for one night after a long trip with a very overly exhausted toddler. rooms were clean, with fresh towels and bedding. the water was definitely very warm and very relaxing after being on the busy road for hours. the people in the other units are a little noisy, but the owner is very kind and very helping if you show the same kindness in return. super cute cats on the property as well, he offered us one as well. I definitely recommend, its in a creepyish area but in walking distance of a gas station. I felt safe and comfortable here. I would definitely stay here again.

I've read a lot of negative reviews but I stayed in room 110 next to the office. It was clean and it had a pleasant smell. I did not see any evidence of bugs. The bed was soft. There were towels and the bathroom was clean. I have no complaints. I paid 46 dollars total for the room. Great price just for an overnight get away.

I was passing through for work and needed somewhere to lay my head and shower and needed Wi-Fi access. I hated to pay over a $100 night for a hotel room I’d barely be in, so I decided to try this place out bc of the price and OMG so glad I did! The price was very affordable and the beds were so comfortable. The lady at the front desk was so nice. It’s in a very convenient location right off the interstate. I only booked for one night, but coming back home the next evening after work, I decided to stay again to avoid the long drive. There are several big gas stations in the area and also Loretta Lynn’s restaurant. I was also able to finally try the restaurant out since it was so close. The rooms are nothing fancy but it’s clean and a nice, safe place to lay your head. The tile in the bathrooms are pretty and the shower is easy to step in. I stayed in room 110 and 107. I included a couple of pictures from both rooms. 10/2023

Pleasant stay. Not fancy, but clean. Nice older couple running it. We paid more than others did, but we did have a small dog which added $10.
