We have been here for 40 years. We are second generation owners and absolutely love this place. The grounds are kept beautifully and most of the people are very nice and neighborly. There are many many children of all ages and I am working to get more activities child based at this time. The bands are often and pretty good for night and sometimes pool side entertainment. Anyone who is lucky enough to purchase a property here will never want to leave. Very dog friendly and the pool is to die for.
My kids always have a blast when we go. There are people who rent out their places and they sell homes also.
I'm a real estate agent and have sold properties in this resort community. I highly recommend this community due to the fact that you own the land here. It's a great investment. This is the best way to spend your summer vacation. Why spend $6000 per week for a beach rental when you can just pay $2200 for HOA and taxes for the whole year minutes from the beach. Nice quiet campground most of the time. Except for last Saturday when this kid Mack's was trying to start his golf cart at midnight. Very clean park and nice bathrooms with an awesome sound system.
