The place is beautiful, there is a river with crystal clear water and lots of trees and shade, but the restrooms are disgusting. They only seem to clean them once a day, which is unacceptable. They receive hundreds of dollars from each client, how can they justify not to hire a person whose only job would be staying in the restrooms making sure everything is clean and working.

We stayed here for 3 nights last week and it was awful. The entire campground was crowded and our neighbors were competing with who could play the loudest music all night long. I even left a message for the office one night because it was well past their quiet time (which they do not keep tabs on at all). I understand we were there during peak season but if you have written rules then you should uphold them. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest and the men's room had issues with the sink not working and one toilet overflowed, which the maintenance crew did fix right away. On the plus side, the creek was a big hit for my boys. They even found a bunch of tadpoles. The pool was also a nice relief from the heat. Unless you stay here on off seasons, I would not recommend it. It's located down in the valley so peak summer temps are well over 100 with no breeze.

Great place great staff but we were warned not to go in the summer because of how loud and crowded it gets ....we decided to roll the dice because of how cheap the prices are but we had to check out early because our neighbors were too loud and rude ....again though great staff great location and very affordable but i recommended going in the spring.

We stayed here earlier this week while we hiked Sequoia. My partner and I absolutely loved everything about this campground!!! It was super clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it was in a perfect location (near the park, quiet, but close to the town for access or groceries and such). We had a river tent site and we were SO happy with our view and everything about it. From our check-in at the office (super easy and fast), to the time we drove away (sadly!), we just truly loved our experience. It’s truly beautiful, and totally the best place to stay in the Sequoia area! We will be back as soon as we can.
