Beautiful place to visit. Great trails and friendly staff to answer any questions. Trails are marked and easy to walk. Nice nature trail with markers to explain local plants and animals. The day I visited, they had a bike race going on, so very busy. Was fun watching the bikes race.
My family spent hours here, and could have stayed longer. There's so much to see and do. It's great fun for the whole family. Our next trip, we will be renting canoes!!
My wife and I were passing through while on vaca and saw this area was nearby so we decided to stop by and let me tell you something. It did NOT disappoint at all! The park is super beautiful and peaceful. It was super clean and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
The park is great the splash pad is nice. The park could use more random doggie bag stations. Fishing was not good and the dog park requires a permit paid separately from park admission.
Nice park. Pokey fell out of our pocket while we were here. Wondering if anyone found him. I have traveled with him all over the world and am sad he was lost in the park. Hoping someone is giving him a new home.
