My husband and I were on a long road trip and we stayed at Settler's Junction for one of our stops. It was such a great place to stay. It is so clean, and well taken care of. Even the smallest of details have been considered. They even have high quality toilet paper! Penny was so helpful and available when we had questions. It's in a good location with a nearby grocery store. I would recommend this campground for anyone who is traveling in southern Utah.

We had the opportunity to stay with them for two months! We had a wonderful stay ! Great location for traveling to attractions, restaurants, and shopping! Beautiful new RVPark, great views of the mountains, and the employees were wonderful!! Without a doubt the nicest group of employees of any place we have stayed over the years! We will return next year!

Went this past weekend to do a test run with our (new to us) travel trailer. This place was fantastic! On our way in I got a confirmation text from Penny with instructions. Pulled into our reserved space and got situated. The park is brand new and the only drawback is that the trees they planted between the spaces are still small, but we had plenty of privacy backed in to the space on the south side. Honestly there’s probably not a bad spot in the place. Couldn’t get the sewer cap off (again brand new, probably never used yet) and a quick text to Penny and someone came right around to help. The highway noise is very minimal and the view all around is spectacular especially at night. The showers are brand new and spacious and the kids loved the pool. We were close to the local hikes and there’s a UTV trail right next to the park. We would definitely stay here again! Oh also the WiFi actually works!

If you're staying here for a few days to enjoy Toquerville Falls I suggest it. I didn't particularly enjoy it as a monthly stay. The little gym room is the only thing I'll really miss about this RV park... I find it uncomfortable having somebody slowly drive past my RV lot every day. It makes me just want to leave all my blinds closed even though I want to open them for the sunshine and view. I don't like people showing up on my lot unannounced either, regardless of what they are doing. It just made me feel uncomfortable seeing somebody I didn't know right outside my RV multiple times out of nowhere. I regularly bumped into management, even in the gym in the morning they were in there or the laundry room. I felt I couldn't fully relax or just be left alone in these leisurely spaces. There were also contractors regularly working in the park on different things when I stayed for the month. The showers are annoying to me because they don't get hot enough, and you have to keep pressing a button to keep them running. Plus, the bathroom lock makes a beeping sound after a few minutes, which makes me paranoid that its unlocking. I didn't understand what was actually going on there. They call 5ft of Turf a "dog park" lol, but there's a spot to roam around in the wooded areas because the city owns it and no one cares if you go out there I guess while the city works on making into a reservoir someday. That's pretty fun! Still, you hear the loud highway though so it doesn't feel like an escape into nature like most RV folks are maybe looking for. The doggy bag stations are nice! Paperwork says you can only have 3 dogs but actually, they enforce you only to have 2. They don't charge extra for dogs, that's refreshing! You can't have any dog poop outside your RV every morning. Dogs aren't allowed to be barking, which could be a struggle for some, especially with all those workers out every day. It was an extra problem for me and my guard dog. It's convenient to be by the highway, but for my long-term stay, it still felt like I was too far away from things every day. You can't have more than 4 children, but there's a playground, The pool is only 3 ft deep so just for kids. No hot tub. No mailbox. The laundry machine room suddenly had fees. You can smoke on your lot but maybe you don't like the possibility of being stuck right next to cigarette smokers every day. The trees aren't fully grown yet, which bothers some ppl. The wind can get so bad out here, at least in the winter months, also could be a bother to some. I believe they don't properly supply Wifi to a big audience like they only have 1 Starlink thing. So if you work remotely its not something you can rely on. It will stop working completely or just get super slow.

I hate un-level RV Parks. The lady who checked us in was wonderful and friendly, but damn those rocks and having to jack our rig up so high for a one night sleep over was tough. All the rigs in there had to be up on blocks. The park itself is beautiful, but those rocks are torture on the feet and so un level. Sorry Settlers, we won't be back.
