My husband and I stayed for a few days. We really liked the place. It was quiet, comfortable, had excellent Internet, a refrigerator that surprised me because it was bigger than the ones you find in other hotels, a kettle and a microwave. Everything to make our stay very pleasant. The owners were very attentive. They have a nice area to take a short walk, safe with the company of the little protector of the property, the sweet little dog. Also, if you are a cat lover, there are two very cuddly residents patrolling the property. Close to the park, with very good routes, well connected and picturesque. We recommend the place , and if we return to the park, we will certainly stay there again.
We stayed 3 nights at the Seven Circles Retreat and it was very nice and peaceful. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a base to explore Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great as well. But above all the value you get for your buck is unbeatable! And special shoutout to the super playful cats and the gentle puppy there! We really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet secluded place to stay at close to the national parks and want access to all modern amenities.
The location is only 30mins to King's Canyon. Rooms are very nice and clean. The wibe is super cozy and welcoming. We had four adults in one room which has bunk beds and King size bed. Room is equipped with microwave, small fridge, hot water kettle and AC/heater. Sheets are clean. Towels are fresh. Hair blow dryer available. The owner Nick is absolutely a sweet guy. He even put boxes of cotton pads, cotton balls and q tips in the bathroom. Such a small thing made a big difference for our stay. We could feel the welcoming message from the place and owner. We'll definitely be back in the future.
The bed was extremely comfortable. However the website says they have a pool but when we went during the month of September, 2024 the pool was green and was seemingly used for livestock. And there is no AC in the rooms. The water from the cold side seemed dirty and smelt off. We paid $154.76 for one night. The location was about 40 minutes to the gate of Kings Canyon National Park using narrow roads.
A great place, a good price, tidy and very clean rooms, quiet, close to Sequoia National Park, nice approachable owner who gave great dinner recommendation and knows all about his land, also cute cats (+kittens) and a dog! Will definitely return here next time we visit the park.
