Me and my family have camped here 3 years in a row. Very nice hosts for the campsite well maintained love coming here and will keep coming.
What a fabulous weekend at your campground. I enjoyed the lack of some of the things and felt like I really got away from the city with no phone service, limited electricity and computers. The owners were great and provided us with anything we needed and bent over to accommodate us. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach which suited us fine and thank God they have laundry facilities. The kids loved the nearby playground and that kept them busy when they weren't in the water. They allowed the dog as well so it was a true family vacation. We will definitely be back next year so keep Cabin #4 for us...it was perfect. Thanks again Lianna, Brian, Matt & Tara because you made the trip worth it
Seymour Arm, BC. Amazing area. Great community. Great swimming area. Ultimate vacation spot.
Few things to know about the cabins. They are not on the water, the fridge and freezer don't get cold enough to store food in because the power is only run a few hours per day. The cabins are around 35-40 degrees during the day and don't cool down much at all at night. There are also rodents that live in the walls and a bat was flying around in the bedroom(we were quickly accused of letting the bat in). There is no shower in at least 2 of the 3 cabins and you can't drink the tap water. If you bring your dog, expect an additional 75.00 cleaning fee to go with the $10 per night pet fee. We did bring my daughter's chihuahua in addition to our lab and expected to be charged an extra pet fee but was charged at total of $210 in cleaning and pet fees for 3 nights. If you need anything form the host, you will have to track her down at the beach, she is not around at all. She did leave a 5 star review below of her own place though.
This place is so magical and serene. The owner is very friendly.. there's no network and it's a complete cut off.. the beach is only 2 mins walking distance from the campground and the water is so clear ... The campground is so neat and clean. Would definitely recommend. It's an hour off road but totally worth it!.
