Shadow Hills RV Resort

Hailey the manager was fantastic! The whole team there is always busy keeping thing up. Loved they would pick up trash and fill propane tanks from the front of your site. Not crammed like other campsites, they strike a nice balance. Pool and hot tub were great and not over chlorinated. Thanks everyone!!!

Shadow Hills is a great place to stay in the Coachella Valley. The amenities, cleanliness, and customer service received from the staff are all top notch. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the paved RV sites, with our 3 dogs, and had no complaints whatsoever. It is an especially nice park if you have dogs with all the little fenced in runs spread out over the park. It’s also not a very large park which is nice considering some in the area have 300-400 sites total. Plenty of space for maneuvering. It’s also gated which adds a nice touch of luxury and security. The shower houses and laundry were all super clean. Also, we were both working remotely during our stay and the wifi throughout the park was strong enough so we didn’t have to use our personal hotspot. Great perk! All in all, we highly recommend it and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in the area.

Booking a spot was hassle free. I was on the road and took care of everything over the phone, when booked they gave me the gate code. We got in after closing so my check-in packet was at the front, clipped to the board. The place is a little dated. Looks like it needs some new cement work and remodeling in the rec/pool area, but seems clean and well-managed. You can rent really cute Indian style teepees & Airstream type trailers facing the pond. They also have tent spots right near the pond. It is gated and we felt safe I will definitely stop here again when coming through the area.

Great place. Level sites, full hook-ups including 50 amp, pond with ducks and geese to feed, pool, hot tub.

It's our 2nd time here. The place is just what you need. Grounds are clean, check in is simple, walking area is great, pond is nice with the ducks, dog stations with poop bags, close to shopping, pool and jacuzzi are amazing. Very quiet and dark at night for great sleeps. People are very friendly. You are in your own little oasis in the desert here, not a huge parking lot feel. Highly recommend and we will be back again.
