Shady Banks RV Resort

This is a friendly roomy RV Park that is on it's way to being a great setup. They have recently purchased the park and have had some set backs due to our weather but are making efforts to get it together. We enjoyed our stay, felt safe and appreciated. Can not say that at a lot of other RV parks. They went out of their way, as we were leaving, to thank us for staying with them and then called us to let us know that we had lost a trunion bar and they were saving it for us. I don't know of any other Park that would have done that. We will be staying with them again as we frequent that area on personal business. It does sadden me to suggest that they will have to have a talk with their full timers to get their RV's in line with their attempts to elevate their park to the next level. Had a pool party for my granddaughters 7th birthday, is was perfect. The pool was very clean and had a nice gas grill for our cooking.

Shady Banks is everything the name says it is. There is plenty of shade to thwart the hot FLA sun. The park has plenty of open areas for the dogs. Very pet friendly. Pool. Laundry room. Shower. Shady Banks is located near shops for shopping convenience. And no traffic! Joanie and Bob who manage the park are generous, caring, thoughtful and kind and keep the park neat, tidy and well maintained. We absolutely love it here. Come say hello!

The park is very pet friendly and welcoming. We have two slight negatives here. The road noise here is pretty loud. Although it does get pretty quiet in the evening. The park could benefit by having concrete slabs in each site but I know that can be a work in progress. The other slight negative is you have to pay for the internet. It's only $30 for 30 days but not great signal. The manager Bob and Joni the office personnel are super hard workers to make this park A-1. I think Givin time as this park has new owners will shine. Rome wasn't built in a day. I wish them well and we'll stop again someday. Thanks Guys !!!.
