Such a pretty campground! The only reason it’s not a 5 is because it’s right off the road and water was out throughout the campground when we went. Other than that it was beautiful. Just a short walk to the river and a short drive to many reservoirs in the area.
This campground was so peaceful and beautiful! There’s a rushing river right behind the camping area and lots of fun places to explore. The camp host, Todd, was very friendly and helpful! We’ll definitely be back.
Pretty spot with easy access. Very close to the road. The road noise is somewhat offset by the little river nearby, but not enough to my liking. Our site was littered with small plastic pieces. Mirror Lake Highway has been loved too much. Too much camping traffic, not enough care. $27 for a night is an odd amount. Who has cash these days? The fairy forest was so amazing, then, as usual, loved to death. It got HUGE, so they shut it down. Too damaging to the forest I assume.
Love camping here right next to the Spring Canyon Hitting the Trail with one of our UTV Rentals!
Great place to camp. Campsite 9 didn't have a ton of shade. Beginning of June it was super hot. However, campsite 8 was great when it came to shade. It is far enough off the road and with the river, hearing road traffic is about null, which is good. The Fairy Forest is across the river (the only way we found it get there). It is fun and much larger than expected!
