Regarding the environment, one long-term resident of over six years praises the spacious lots available in the long-term section of the park. They mention having a fenced-in lot with fruit trees and a storage shed. This reviewer highlights the generous size of the lots, suggesting that they are large enough to accommodate what other parks might use for multiple trailers. The presence of a beautiful lawn is also noted for some lots.

In terms of services and features for long-term residents, water, sewer, garbage, and electricity are reportedly included in the monthly lot rental. The long-term resident expresses high satisfaction, stating they have not found comparable value even at much higher prices during their cross-country travels. We live here in the long term section of the park and have been here for over 6 years now and have no plans for leaving anytime soon. We have a fenced in lot with fruit trees, a storage shed and most parks would have put 2 or 3 trailers in the nice lot we have with a beautiful lawn and water, sewer, garbage and electricity are included in the monthly lot rental. We have traveled across the country and never found anything like this even for 2 or 3 times the price we pay here.

We're going to change locations thought Shady Spurs look like a nice place metal Old Gentleman told us go ahead and take a look at the place we have to book in advance. Not a problem then some crazy woman on a golf cart cutting through camps told us that we only had to be there by appointment we had to get off the property. Wouldn't go back to save my life. Hope this helps other people to find a better spot to camp.

Shady Firs is a wonderful, quiet campground. $35 a night for full hook up, with a Passport America membership, otherwise, $60 a night. We have a 45' fifth wheel. This price includes trash.

A old park off HWY 12. A nice owner. No mobile phone, no WIFI. Good for a one night stay.

Beautiful wooded RV park in the perfect location between Mt St Helens and Mt rainier. Quiet and private. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.
