Have been here for a month, very quiet exept some ocasional dogs barking. OWNER AND MANAGER VERY HELFULL. HAS 2 WASHERS AND DRYERS, 2.- ONE SHOWER AN TOILET. RENT INCLUDES ELECTRIC. JUST UPGRADED THE FREE INTERNET. HAS A SMALL LAKE FOR FISHING.
No one in the office. No one answered at the RV a resident directed us to. We have a large fifth wheel and once we drove into the entrance there was no room to easily maneuver and exit. There was one driveway downhill that didn’t look safe and the rest of the park “road” was blocked by resident’s POV’s. I do not recommend to anyone with a large rig.
Very nice and clean place and I just dropped of a couple of catfish I caught last night to help stock the pond with new Gene pool, this place is right off interstate and close to greeneville tn 45 min from sevierville tn
Great people. 30 acres of land to camp, hike, or fire and smores. Cant ask for a better RV park.
It's a quite little RV Park with a lake to fish in and friendly folks
