Very clean, comfy cottage that fit our family of 5 perfectly! With plenty of room for two vehicles and our tritoon! The grounds are well kept. Very serene and relaxing.

What can I say about this park? It is absolutely stunningly beautiful. Set on the St. John’s River, this park has the most beautiful sunsets. We’ve been here a couple months and I have never felt so relaxed and at peace. If you are looking to relax, connect with nature, talk to donkeys, watch the absolute most spectacular skies, this is the park you’re looking for. It’s small, which we love. When people ask me how I like it in a rural area, I can’t help but gush. I take sunset photos almost every night. It is different and special every night. We absolutely love it here. Edit to add: I forgot to mention the folks that work here. They are as amazing as the sunsets! They all work so hard to keep this park beautiful. The landscape is kept up so well and it is always clean. Bri, Matt, Angie and Ryan are all exceptional at what they do! Need some wood? Matt’s on it! Questions about anything in the park? Angie’s your lady! Need something more housekeeping related? Bri goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and your stay is comfortable! They are another reason this place is so amazing! If you are in the Palatka/Crescent City area, you really need to check this place out!

My Mother and I was here for 10 months and only left for health reasons. We really loved and enjoyed this very beautiful and peaceful sanctuary 😊 ok Park . The Owner and all the staff were just so awesome including Brees family members, we consider my lil Angels that brighten up everyday for us while we were there along with the donkeys. Maintenance and men taking care of the beautiful landscape work super hard and it shows. I can't say enough! Not to mention how nice the owner was to us. When I can steal time away, I will definitely go back. Thank you to that wonderful place for my wonderful stay!!

My husband and I recently stayed at Shell Harbour while visiting for our anniversary. We are bass fishers and really enjoyed this place! The staff are super friendly and will anything they can to make sure your enjoy your stay! We stayed in the newly renovated loft and it was perfect for our needs! We will be back for sure!!
