Very disappointed. I booked for a month and prepaid $703 plus $150 power deposit. Due to reasons beyond my control i had to leave after only 3 days. I told them that i was ok with not getting the rent back but would like the power deposit back- i got nothing. I expect park owners to be honest and fair. I guess i expected too much in this case.

We were basically the only "campers" the other folks were residence. No fire rings or picnic tables. One toilet and one shower for 47 spaces, was not clean. The laundry room was updated. Full hookup and grounds were clean. However, we got infested with ants, even in our vehicle. The lake is actually a pond that can be walked across. Has potential if someone took interest. Over charge for no amenities and basically a trailer park.
