Clean and easy off and on access. Lots to see in the area. All booking was seamless and done on line. Washrooms were clean but they could have replaced the light fixture above the women's washroom door so I could see the pass code. Needed a flashlight which was rather irritating 🙄
We stayed here while driving by on route 81. reservations and registration were very simple. We were only here one night. We appreciated the very clean bathhouses, hookups, and layout of the sites. The biggest negative is just the highway noise but the trade-off is the convenience to the highway. It's surrounded by historical sites and we really enjoyed the Route 11 chips just to the road. I would gladly spend a couple days here but I personally wouldn't want to be here for a long camping trip, just too busy for me.
Would give this 5 stars if there wasn't so much noise from Route 81. However, the cabin was spotless and the restrooms were immaculate.... and you can't hear the traffic noise from inside the cabin. Seriously. The cleanest campground I have ever stayed at!
I’ve stayed on this camp ground yearly for the last 6 years either for Christmas or Thanksgiving’s with my family. It has now become a family tradition. Breakfast was also highlight. They are quick to answer any email questions and despite being closed on holidays, they will accommodate you with access to the property.
This is a great rv park. This was our first time staying at this park. It was a great surprise. The staff was very friendly. The park was very clean and well maintained. Short distance off the highway. We will certainly make this a regular stop!
