Stayed here for a few days in December and all I can say is wow what I treat this was. Rooms were big, super clean and well decorated. Furniture was in good condition, bedding was clean and comfortable. Best of all the pools are heated! The entire facility is kept really nice and we can’t wait to come back.
My main concern is the fact that Google does not show the guest entrance. If you arrive in the dark hours you'll find yourself at the service entrance of the resort. Very frustrating uncomfortable and despite easy to change. Guest services assure us that steps were taken numerous times with Google. I'm sure if they pass this issue on corporate level the issue will receive the proper attention. Another minor nuisance - I woke up at the middle of the night with unexpected content on Showtime 2 channel that will be difficult to explain my 10 years old daughter. We have been in many Sheraton hotels and resorts with no such issues. I'm sure the management have already taking the proper reaction. It would be nice if they have facilitated the need to change clothes and use bathroom the indoor pool area. You have to go out covered just with towel to use the bathroom. The problem is that you have to cross the breezeway which in December is not very pleasant and many guests restrain using this otherwise great facility. We were in building 10. I was able to hear the washer from the neighbors room, so one needs to be mindful not to run washer and dryer between 8pm and 8am.
Our family's vacation to Myrtle Beach, SC. was unfortunately overshadowed by a frustrating and disappointing experience with Sheraton Broadway Plantations and their timeshare program. We were lured into a one hour presentation, which quickly morphed into an overwhelming high pressure sales pitch that lasted over four grueling hours. Despite declining their offers, we were essentially held captive until we regretfully signed a contract. The promises of convenience and exclusive deals that led us to sign were not upheld. Instead, we found ourselves trapped in a nightmare of unmanageable booking conditions, demanding that we schedule our stays at least eight months in advance. The promised priority booking turned out to be a farce, leaving us unable to secure any desirable reservations. The very perks we were promised became an additional financial burden, as we were forced to accumulate unusable "points" that incurred extra costs. Our attempts to rectify the situation with Vista a have been met with unhelpful responses. We are left with no other option but to call for the complete termination of the contract. I urge others to be wary of such timeshare schemes and encourage you to spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, where it'll be valued and respected.
Pretty good. The property is situated where it takes fewer than five minutes to walk anywhere. The rooms are okay. Some of the bathroom doors do not close. The resort just got painted a dull silver, instead of the bright tan, sandy & sunny appearence that it used to be. The staff are incredible though. The location is fine, but it's not within walking distance of anything notable.
Great location! Walking distance to Btoadway at the Beach, Top Golf and tons of restaurants. Lots of events on site. Rooms are being upgraded. Only negative is how loud it is between the rooms, like the people next door are in your own room. Super attentive staff. Highly recommend.
