Had a nice stay here. Hotel is very updated and clean rooms were spacious. Bartender at night was not friendly and the lounge associate was a little all over the place but they got the job done. Location is near a bunch of chain restaurants and stores which is convenient.
One of the worst hotels I've been to. On entering the room you immediately notice it smells bad, like the inside of an old leather bag. No idea what that smell is. There are hvac vents everywhere (pictures below) but they never seem to blow air. Even after setting the thermostat the temp doesn't change (pictures below). The lamp shades look like they have feces smeared on them (pictures below) the door is hung so the hall light will illuminate your room all night (pictures below). The toilet water is yellow, so I don't really trust the shower or sink either (Pictures below). And sound from the hallway echos in the room, from voices, to housing keeping screaming "HOUSEKEEPING" outside of neighboring rooms, to every single time a door opens or closes. And I just noticed that they charged me $100 more than my reservation stated, even though I added all taxes and fees, so I'll have to deal with that in the morning after likely no sleep. What a garbage hotel. I just recently visited a La Quinta that was 1000x nicer for way less money. This place is a huge ripoff.
We had a terrific stay here. Andree checked us in and handled our special situation and unusual requests with kindness and professionalism. Our room on the club floor was great. Diamond helped us the next day with signing my husband up for his Bonvoy account, and she was lovely to work with as well. The restaurant on site was good too, and the hostess (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) bent over backwards to get our order exactly as we requested. Great location for our needs. I highly recommend this hotel!
Amazing stay at the Sheraton Bucks County! Was able to book a room and check in immediately just coming into the lobby. Sanaa at the front desk was amazing and had a great sense of humor! She went out of her way to get us an amazing firework view room. Although the main dining room was closed I would give props to the bartender who served us our dinner in the lounge. Noise pollution from rooms next door was barely there. We knew they were occupied but couldn’t hear them, few footsteps from the room above us, but to no annoyance. Overall fantastic stay.
Staff is very nice especially Sanna at check in. But that’s where it ends. This is a tired, old hotel, despite the lobby and entry area being updated. The rooms are dark and dark and more dark and old. Bathrooms are very small and old tubs in them. We have stayed here several times, this is the last. Holiday weekend Thanksgiving 2024, and the lobby bar is closed. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They gave no notification to guests that would be the case. I would’ve stayed at the courtyard or the residence and down the street. I know they are newer and nicer. Never staying here again.
