Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel

Unforgettable Experience at 245 Waterfront Grill and the Sheraton Hotel I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel and dining at 245 Waterfront Grill, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is just amazing—great location, excellent service, and such a welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved it! As for the restaurant, I wish I had saved the name of our server—she was such a lovely person who made the dining experience truly unforgettable. Her warm, sunny personality and outstanding service left a lasting impression. (Unfortunately I lost a card with her name) The food was absolutely amazing! Every meal we had was so delicious that we never even thought about looking for another place to eat during our stay. I can’t recommend both the Sheraton Hotel and 245 Waterfront Grill enough. Whether you’re visiting for a meal, a stay, or both, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.

I stayed here over a holiday weekend. They were overbooked but failed to notify me of this situation when I booked over the phone with front desk. I told them we were a party of 3. When I arrived I was given a king room and told they would move us the next day. To a double. I said again that there were 3 of us. And they said we would fit. I asked if this was typical to put 3 adults in one bed? The front desk was beyond rude and dismissive. She kept saying ' thank you. Have a good night' instead of answering my questions. I had to find alternative sleeping accommodations for the other adult in my party. It was very clear the hotel was only concerned with the events they were hosting and having the hotel at 100%capacity regardless of what may be appropriate. 3 adults in a bed is not appropriate in my opinion and I also asked that we would not have to move rooms but she did call us to move rooms the next morning. Even after we found accommodations for our other person. The best I could say was the view of the lake. But when that's what you're selling make sure the windows are clean!!!!. And as you can guess - my windows was not. The restaurant, by the way, mediocre at best. And when the hotel is full, count on it being loud. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Friends and I booked a couple of rooms for Boogie on the Bay and we were very satisfied with staying here. We ate dinner at the Marriott Shoreline bar & grille which did not disappoint. We hung out at the pool/hot tub area which actually had a heated pool. The hot tub was very steamy and we found plenty of clean towels in that area. The water pressure when showering was great. Would not hesitate to book again.

The Sheraton Bayfront hotel was truly great. The rooms were as clean as can be and appeared to be very recently upgraded. The bed was very comfortable! Lexi and Jordan in the club lounge were great and very pleasant. They made sure everyone was well taken care of. I’ll definitely return.

Nice little overnight stay at the Sheraton. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. With a few. Don’t worry I thought about getting chickie tendies but didn’t have the heart to order off the sailboat kids menu! JK! 🤣 Impressed really. The room we stayed in was very nice and new. Even left a sign and told us such. Just think there might have been a bit of a leak in the bathroom. Just had an “off” smell to it. Otherwise a super nice stay. Convenient to all things around the bay convention etc. on business either bounce back and froth between this or the courtyard. The courtyard is much more casual as to be expected. But the Sheraton is nice enough but not overly over the top. Would definitely stay again and get the chicken dish again!
