This is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff are so friendly! Tanner in the club room was especially gracious and helpful. Will continue to come back when I am in the area, highly recommend.

This place is in a great location! My family and I love it. Here's my honest review of pros and cons: What I like - The location is awesome and it's near the iconic Sundial Bridge. Additionally, the place is nice and clean. Needs to improve - The Sheraton club is beyond sad. It has so much potential and falls short as I feel it's an after thought. The food is basic, the atmosphere non eventful and no music plays. I really wish they put some love into that area. The pool is OK, not bad and not great. It's big so I can't complain too much The restaurant isn't great, but on a positive note the staff is friendly and it's close to the hotel. So if you are hungry and don't feel like making a 5 minute drive, it's good enough. All in all, it's worth the stay due to the location and cleanliness. I recommend giving it a visit if you're in town.

Probably the best hotel in Redding! Location very close to downtown, right next to turtle bay, sundial bridge, arboretum, botanical garden, Civic center, rodeo grounds, miles of walking trails, Sacramento river, etc. Mosaic restaurant is attached to the hotel. Super nice facility. Rooms are fantastic. Fancy, but still inviting to anyone. A little pricey, but always booked for good reason. Quality. Pool is heated and hot tub is great.

I have been visiting this establishment consistently for several years. It is situated in a tranquil area of Redding, adjacent to the Sundial Bridge. The staff members are exceptional and accommodating, displaying remarkable friendliness. As a frequent visitor, I am always welcomed by name and greeted with a warm smile. Taylor, in particular, has consistently been welcoming and amiable, making certain that my experiences are pleasant. On the rare occasions when I have been dissatisfied, she has diligently sought solutions to enhance my comfort during my stay.

What can I say. I contacted the front desk to check out a few things before finalizing our booking for the night stay. I connected with Taylor and she was terrific on providing the most gracious, friendly and helpful customer service. We used one of our 35k free nights for a king stay. When we arrived we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, just a fabulous room on the club floor. Taylor also comped our parking and a full hot breakfast at the Mosaic Restaurant, part of the Sheraton. Great facilities and fabulous location, a short walk from the Sundial Bridge and Exploration Park. The room had a separate oversized comfortable bedroom, living area and two full bathrooms with closets and more. What more can one say but a HUGE THANK YOU AND MUCH APPRECIATION to Taylor and the entire team at the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge.
