Grace at reception was very kind and accommodating. Her interaction with us was friendly, informative and excellent service. Made checking in pleasant and smooth. Francisco the shuttle driver was warm and friendly. We appreciated his efficiency and charm. Also tasty breakfast highlighted by custom omelets from chef Shirley. Five stars overall.
Lauren at the front desk was great and very helpful with answering all the questions we had about breakfast and amenities at the hotel. Great customer service. I even asked for a nail file and she was nice enough to go see if they had one available. We had a late check in and Lauren made sure things went by smoothly. They have a variety of food for the breakfast buffet which was really good. Pool area is nice to sit by, enjoy the sun and wind.
The staff was outstanding from the front desk to housekeeping. In particular, Grace and Zoe at the front desk were very helpful, professional, and courteous. They made the stay extra special. The gym was also a plus and the 5th floor lounge was very relaxing and offered a nice atmosphere with a good choice of food and drinks. Definitely highly recommend the location!
My friend Kimberly and I enjoyed our stay here. Todd was at the front desk and he was amazing as was everyone else we interacted with. The room was clean, the pool outdoors was great and the location was even better. All staff were wonderful. A big shout out to Francois our shuttle driver. Thanks 😃
Staff was amazing, esp. Lauren at the front desk who helped get us a great room and answered all of our questions, Amanda in the Club Lounge who seemed to know exactly when the coffee was running low or someone needed a place to sit, and the new bartender who recently moved here from Colorado - I am so sorry, I can not remember your name - but she introduced us to a couple of new cocktails. Those three made this one of the best weekends during our stay in Florida. Also, a shout out to Francisco, the shuttle driver! He's super knowledgeable, personable and absolutely fantastic behind the wheel.
