This is a very small park with gravel and grass sites. There were some deep tire ruts on some sites so it might get pretty muddy during rainy times. The sites are fairly level but some do have a bit of a slope. Roads are narrow and turns can be a bit tight so you really need to pay attention to your route through the park. Hookups were old but ok and some sites are only 30 Amp. It does look like a lot of the sites are full time people but the park is clean and this is not an issue for us. There are also a lot of large shade trees in some of the park. Overall, it was fine as an overnight stay or even for a couple of days just to rest. AT&T service was very good, Verizon was decent. We did not use any of the facilities since we had our own.
By far the worse RV Park I have ever stayed in. All the RV’s are ran down and poor maintenance throughout the park. For the monthly rate that they charge you would think the sites would be nice. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Another very basic overnight type of property. Nice pool.🏊♀️ Nice shower 🚿 Small laundry 🧺 Mostly residents and storage here. Some really classic RV's and trailers.🫢
The reservations person was pleasant, but not entirely truthful. I would not recommend this campground, if you can even call it a campground. If you are looking for a nice relaxing campground with peace and quiet in mind, this is not the place We were greeted by broken down cars and campers with permanent camping residents. People were working on their broken vehicles in the site. People were coming and going at all hours of the night through early morning with loud vehicles and walking throughout the “neighborhood”. If you like cats, you are sure to see two or three roaming the campground. Each camping spot is very small with no campfire ring, picnic table, or place to sit out and relax. The site was not level. We asked where we could get firewood and reservation lady told us it was next to the shed. But why do we need firewood if there’s no fire pit to have a fire? She didn’t tell us that part. We booked 2 nights but ended up leaving early in the morning after the first night.
This place is not good and definitely NOT 45ft friendly. Mostly permanent campers and some are very, very poorly maintained. I would not stay here again. Because of trees needing to be pruned and layout of exit it took us almost an hour to get out of campground. Ridiculous.
