We love going here. We always rent a cabin however some of the windows did not open but was compensated with a fan. It is a wholesome Christian Family Campground. They have seasonals, RV sites. Cabins and tent sites. Love the Potluck on Thursday's and Saturday Bonfires. There was an awesome display of Fireworks for the fourth of July. Bible Study as well. Lot's of fun Lake time. Paddle Boats, kiacks, canoes, a boat dock, fishing area, basket ball court. Play ground for the kids, pavilion, Chapel, Boat House to get oars and Life jackets, fire pits at each site, candy store, dumping station, and 24/7 fun. Lot's of prayer and worship. Let's not forget great fellowship. It will be sad to see Dave&Brenda step down but the new leader's of the camp ground are great too! On the 4th they had a boat parade followed by lake side fireworks competition of Hatch Lake. There is also a Wi-Fi hotspot and sattlelite. The houses, cabins are heated with a hot house in the winter and it keeps things toasty. Camp Shilo is located in Eaton, NY.
We had a wonderful week at Shiloh! The directors are helpful and friendly. Our accommodations were neat, clean, and comfortable. There were lots of ways we could enjoy the lake - swimming, kayaking, fishing, etc. We also appreciated the (optional) daily Bible study each morning. We will definitely be back!
Everyone is friendly. My kids love the feed back, tubing and kayaking. This campground lives by its name.

If you are looking for a place to be still and be refreshed, this is it. 3 mommas and 7 kids (ages 9 to 15) stayed in the 4 bedroom house. I enjoyed the screen porch that faces the lake, the kids enjoyed all the boating options and fishing, the swimming area felt safe, and the playground was close by. (Don't forget the Sugar Shack! The kids kept a close eye on the hours and it was a treat during the week) I enjoyed the smaller feel and was able to truly rest and be refreshed. Great value, clean, and comfortable.
This campground is one of the best places we’ve been to! We love taking the family here . It’s very peaceful and relaxing with lake views and kayaks/paddle boats you can take out on the lake. We go to church with and are also close friends with Owen and Sabrina who are the camp directors and they are wonderful. Make sure and book a stay here as you will love the peaceful atmosphere!
Great, peaceful place to spend time with family. Very open hearted and quick responsive staff. Definitely would recommend this place to others.
