Customer reviews present mixed opinions regarding the park's environment. While some visitors describe the campsite as "nice, clean, and pretty much quiet," others have reported issues with noise from neighboring private property, specifically a rooster crowing throughout the night and day. This noise disruption has negatively impacted some visitors' sleep.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms has also been a point of contention, with some reviewers finding them unsatisfactory. The park host's presence has been noted, but some visitors have expressed concerns about the perceived lack of active maintenance.

On the positive side, the campsites are generally described as being spaced further apart than in other campgrounds, which may provide a sense of privacy. The park does offer a peaceful atmosphere for some visitors.

Potential visitors should consider these varying experiences when planning their stay and may want to inquire about recent conditions and noise levels before making a reservation.

I’m writing this at 5am since I haven’t been able to sleep for hours now so please forgive the snarky tone: It’s laughable that all these reviews are saying clean and quiet. The campground butts up against private property where the neighbors have a rooster that crows ALL night and day so good luck getting any sleep. The bathrooms are nasty. The park host spends all his time patrolling the park in his golf cart but never actually gets out to do anything. The only positive I can say is at least the sites are a little farther away from each other than other places we’ve stayed.

Beautiful park. The shower and bathrooms were decent. The sites are well maintained. The swim area is a bit small and the bottom has a lot of silt and sticks, so definitely bring water shoes. They have multiple ramps and docks. The way you have to reserve the spot is not the easiest (online only). However, there is cell service here, so you are able to reserve it from your phone while here. The site is a little difficult to understand, so be patient. Overall, it's a great park to stay at.

This park is right on lake Dardanelle. We had a good spot with a lake view. The park has bathrooms and showers. Some spots are right on the lake. Very kid friendly with a little beach and swimming. The park has a playground and is dog friendly. No bike trails but you can ride around the park. Lots of boat parking.

Very nice park. Didn't have problems with noisy people. I personally didn't like our spot just for the fact it was close to the playground equipment and people didn't think twice about walking thru your camp.
