Disappointing Experience – Thanks to Mark! We were excited to spend our honeymoon at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was ruined on the very first night—thanks to Mark. When we inquired about upgrading our room, the young lady at the front desk was kind and professional, but Mark’s attitude was shockingly rude. Instead of offering any helpful information or even basic courtesy, he was dismissive and condescending. This was our first visit here, and it will certainly be our last. A hotel’s staff can make or break a guest’s stay, and in this case, Mark made it clear that customer service is not a priority. If you’re looking for a welcoming and accommodating experience, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
We recently hosted our wedding at the Shoreline Inn and I cannot say enough good things. Working with their event planner, Jillene, was a dream. She is so organized, friendly and detail oriented, making planning easy! Their day of coordinator was outstanding, handling everything that popped up the day of with ease. The venue is beautiful and the views are outstanding. The food was great and everyone of our requests was met. It is an added bonus that the reception hall is next door to their hotel so no transportation for guests was needed. I could not recommend this venue enough!!
The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfy. Only gripe about the rooms is the ancient 30 inch tv. Front desk service was very nice and helpful at all hours, the pool and hot tub were very clean and when they say heated pool they mean it! Was about as warm as the hot tub. View is meh, lake to the left but giant rock piles to the right. Very cool looking bar, did not use it so can't speak on that.
Me and my boyfriend stayed over the weekend. The service was okay other than the housekeeper didn't show up to change the bed linen the next day so had to get the young lady at the front desk to help us. We also went to eat some breakfast but the guy told us that he the breakfast was over when it wasn't so we didn't get breakfast the whole stay there and we didn't know the breakfast wasn't included with the room we got. In all the room was nice was wanting the few of the lake but didn't get it . It is a nice looking hotel in all location was good. Hope in the future that the service will be better and we can get breakfast.
DeMarcus at the front desk was more than helpful multiple times during my stay. He was super friendly and polite. I appreciate everything he helped us with. The hotel itself is beautiful. The view of the lake is amazing. It's located close to just about anything you could want to do or eat. Will definitely be back.
