Nice clean paved long pull-through spaces. Full hookups. Close to Old Town, waterfront, bridge to Samoa. Fast WiFi when it’s up. Need reservation confirmation for code to self registration form. No staff on site for the week-long stay.

Don't bother! Potholes were huge getting to the entrance. No one around. Several people waiting for information on which space they were to use. We actually received a text telling us which space, but the envelope that was "waiting" for us in the laundry room was not present. The dumpsters were spilling over and grass hadn't been cut in a while. I was excited to see a 6.3 mile paved bike/walk trail (Target very close just off the trail). However, after taking the dogs for a short walk, we ran into so many homeless people. It was a little concerning. I was not comfortable walking on it and never would have gone out after dark. I was looking forward to taking my kayak out on the slough, but the tide was out and we didn't stay long enough to kayak. After walking the dog's and going out for my walk, a homeless woman was at the back of our RV checking out the bikes. She tried staring me down, but finally walked off. The night before I had taken anything removable from the bikes and then added another heavy duty cable so they couldn't be stolen. A camper told us a homeless guy came in and stole a 30 gallon propane tank. We stayed one night and decided to leave. Before we left someone did show up at the office. We told them we were leaving early due to the potential dangers and weren't charged. The office staff stated there are family issues going on and that was why the park looked abandoned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The negative posts about this place are correct. There was someone in the office, unfortunately they were of no help. We drove to our “site” very narrow and grassy area was over grown with weeds. It looked terrible as did the whole park. Decided not to stay for our 5 day booing and were told NO REFUNDS and it is stated in their rules. I am going to try to fight the charge with my credit card company though. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE…STAY AWAY…STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!! Update: we were able to get a refund through our bank fighting for us. Please don’t let the no refund policy scare you if you were unhappy as we were.

No management at park!!!!! Waited1-2 hours no manager ever showed, called 2 numbers no one called back stayed 1 night never got codes to bathroom. 2 nd stay same thing, no manager, garbage overflowing, texted called, got back to me hours later by text. Gate open, walking trail open to park, homeless on edge of park. Anyone could just pull into park, charged for 50 amp electric had 30 amp, bathrooms filthy. Really poor management to allow this!!! Answer your phone or leave envelope with codes. Tell us what spot to stay in, lock gate, put a fence to close park from walking trail.
