Shuswap Meadows RV Campground

Be very careful and prepared if you have a dog. I had only been there for an hour, walked my dog to the water on leash and was attacked from behind by a massive dog, mine is 85lbs. We went straight to the vet, they took accountability and honorably covered the expenses. Dog stays with a permanent resident. Quite traumatizing and I will not go back. Multiple puncture wounds and gashes on her head, ear and neck. Overall sad situation

Great place to stay spacious campsite, we had an RV and had lots of space to chill our dog loved it, overall had a great time and the neighbours were super friendly. Our waterfront view was awesome. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend this place. Our dog had a great time

Come see this place and then look at the reviews saying this is the best camping in BC if you want a quality laugh. Place seems rundown and poorly maintained. Neighbours living on site have a massive hulking rottweiler and aggressive German Shepherd that they leave off leash that ran up and almost attacked my wife when we were searching for a bathroom. We're told after the fact that the bathrooms weren't turned on yet which the people in charge failed to mention even though we clearly weren't in an RV. She literally told us to go on the ground and clean up after ourselves. The road here is unpaved and way out of the way . Just stay on the highway.

Awesome Campground with a wonderful view. The Serviced Site we had was suuuper big. You could go in there with 3 RV's lol. Definitely enough distancing but you still can wave to your neighbors. View was so stunning! The road to get there was a little funny but definitely worth the wobble and extra time! Owners are so kind people, and their dog came up to us and wanted belly rubs🥰🥰 lovely place

I can't even write enough about this little hidden gem cause I am worried once everyone hears about it we won't be able to come back cause of the waiting list!!!! Absolutely stunning location! Super secluded picture perfect and best part is that every single spot overlooks the river! We went last minute on a May long weekend road trip and ended up staying here with our trailer for the full 3 nights instead of continuing to Salmon Arm cause loved it so much! Not only are Trevor and Wendy the nicest most welcoming owners ever, but they created a real "family" feeling at their campground. Everyone is respectful and polite. Various different people and all ages so everyone fits in. There were some kids biking, some retirees, some younger groups letting loose, and some middle aged couples. Everyone we spoke with had nothing but good things to say. Best part is the vibe and ability to bring our fur babies who got swim in the river and run around. BTW the bathroom is spotless and not just a port potty and has a sink. Definitely will be back!
