We rented one of the Twin Bear "cabins" (B) and will never do so again. We paid $100/ night for Sunday night and Monday night and when I walked into it, it was smaller than my bedroom at home. There was a mini fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a table, an AC with no remote, and the bed. But, to be clear, the whole "cabin" was one, very small, room with these things in it. Aside from that, it's in no way good if you're looking for exposure to nature. Out our front window was another cabin (Baby Bear) so close that you can't step off the front porch. Out back was another cabin (Mother Bear) and an RV next to each other. Our fire pit was barely balanced on the edge of our driveway and was completely unusable. We've tent camped here before and it was alright but I'd never recommend anyone rent these cabins unless you want to feel like a sardine packed in with all of the other profits this campground pulls in during summer. I wish they'd give actual details about the cabins if they're going to charge this much for them but I guess then they couldn't trick people into paying hotel prices for a shed with a bed in it. I will say the person we dealt with at the general store was super pleasant and friendly!

Rented a cabin for 5 days. Had no no water pressure. Water pressure was so bad my wife couldn't even rinse out the shampoo in her hair. We want to go wash dishes drip drip drip. Called, owner came out.He did something a little bit more pressure by the time we went to go rinse the dishes drip drip drip. Samething over and over. Owner came out numerous times to look at the situation. No plumber was never called.

Our first trip to Silver Canoe Campground was amazing!!! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained with beautiful view of the pond. Some sites are a bit small but for the most part they are very nice sized. The bathrooms are Very clean! The camp store has anything you could ever need and so much more. We were a week early to use the pool but it looked nice from what I could see. Plenty of things for kids to do. 2 nice playgrounds. Also, they have put a lot of thought into campers with dogs!(wash station and puppy parking boards that you can attach a leash to while your using the restrooms or in the store). We would highly recommend this campground!!!!!

The campground is nice, sites are un level though. Dogs lived swimming in the lake and there was even a dog wash station. Why I couldn’t give it 5 stars: 2 years in a row over Labor Day weekend the same camper was there with his 2 aggressive dogs. Barked and lunged at every thing and everyone that went past. Owner was aware and supposedly talked to them but it continued all day, all weekend. Sunday evening we sat around the fire played guitars and sang quietly. At 10:15 the owner stopped and told us quiet time is 10:00 so make sure to keep it down! Seriously we are older folks and were not loud at all. Friends were beside and across from us and empty site behind us so no one close. Apparently aggressive dogs are ok but guitars are not! We were all pretty upset and surprised!
