Great campground, I’ve been here two years in a row now. They have nice clean bathrooms and showers, plenty of water pumps spread throughout the campgrounds, and electricity at each site. Obviously there’s also a whole heck of a lot of fun activities and beautiful sights to see in the area. I love it here!
Beautiful view of the lake and the sunset over it every night. Nice playground. Very small beach ⛱️. Enough room on campsite for camper , tent and canopy. Firepits are sturdy. Great price. No water hook up just electric.
The staff was welcoming and helpful. They don’t accept American Express. There vending machines only accept cash and there’s no change machine. The restrooms were clean. There were many people making loud noises all night, including screaming and setting off an ambulance siren until 4:30 am. The staff let it go on all night. This is unacceptable.
This is hands down my favorite campground at my favorite vacation destination. The rangers are extremely respectful and understanding, the campsites are always spotless on arrival, the bathrooms/showers are cleaned daily, the playground/beach is great for the kids, and the sunset is immaculate from the shore
The campground sites are a little small and Sandy. I had a really good time there however the electric boxes are in some pretty strange places and the site numbers are very hard to see. It is extremely close to the sand dunes and a short walk to the beach. The photos on the website are a little deceiving as there is not much grass. The beach is across the street in about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
