Silver Slipper Casino Hotel

Stayed for the 1st time. Came 5-6 March. 2025.. def in the cut but I love that ! There's no complaints from me except for the room wasn't ready when we went to check in.. n there's no mini fridge.. n I always pack food snacks n drinks.. I'll be bringing a cooler next time. I heard you can rent a mini fridge for 20 a night tho . Rooms were excellent! The view was amazing! Floor staff was wonderful.. a few newer games .. and really not at all that busy to where u can't play the games you want . Buffet was delicious! Everything is just so convenient! I absolutely love Silver Slipper! I am big on being treated like a queen and when I tell you, they never let me down. My host Judy and Ms Lisa told me that they wanted to me relax and they made sure I did just that. Of course the food was phenomenal and the machines were respectful Lol

*Highly appreciative please read full post* I recently visited this establishment to get a new player's card. I asked two workers how to earn points, and they assured me I could play anything, including table games. Trusting their advice, I played table games for 2.5 hours, even losing some money, thinking I was earning points. Afterward, I went to check my points at the kiosk, but it showed zero. I asked a pit boss how long it takes for points to show up, and they told me 10-15 minutes. I waited, grabbed a drink, and checked again—still zero points. Frustrated, I returned to the desk where I got my card and spoke with a different employee. She informed me that table games don't count toward points. When I explained that two other workers had told me otherwise, she admitted they were wrong but said there was nothing she could do to fix it. I even asked if they could credit me with the 100 points, but she said her hands were tied. The card they gave me didn’t mention anything about points being limited to slots, so the misinformation was frustrating. Bottom line: Beware—staff may give you incorrect information, and they won’t take responsibility or make it right. Very disappointing experience. Update #1: I emailed them as requested, but initially didn’t get a response. However, after following up with the general manager, I finally received a reply. Update #2: I went back to the store, and the employee I spoke to was shocked by what had happened. She even said, “Unless they lied in the email,” but when I showed her the email and the facts, everything lined up. She ended up helping me, although she had a bit of an attitude. I get that everyone has tough days, but if you’re in customer service, you should be able to leave that at the door. A big thank you to Kendra for taking the time to make me “whole” again and for reading and responding to my emails. Your effort is much appreciated!

We stayed 2 nights. We enjoyed ourselves, didn't have to leave the casino because they have 3 restaurants, complimentary drinks in the casino and 2 large bars. We loved the seafood buffet, great variety of food and desserts. Wait staff was friendly and very attentive. Seniors get half-price discount on the buffet on Tuesdays and Fridays. The casino also has a 24 hour restaurant where they offer free beignets and coffee on Thursdays. The most disappointing things was no water view, none of the rooms have bathtubs, or mini fridge's, the fridge comes in handy when you're traveling. Also didn't get to enjoy the pool because it's too cold outside. Overall we had a great time.

Randomly walking through the hotel, I was asked if I needed help, my first time being here of course I did. Looking for a quick snack. A nice lady by the name of Sue suggested the palm court. I really enjoyed the catfish po boy. Thank you Sue
