Great place to get away from old man winter. The office crew are very helpful and willing to do whatever is necessary for you to enjoy your vacation. Larry the manager is a great person to deal with. The RV park is clean bathhouses and laundry room are clean and easy to get to.First time camping here we are here for 3 months and plan to come back next winter for a four month stay. Lots of daily activities in the clubhouse. Nice pool area . They have a nice RV park here and are making improvements all the time .For the price you can’t beat it. Give it a try You’ll like it
We just moved here a few weeks ago and enjoy it very much. The staff are helpful and friendly. The grounds are.kept up well. The bath houses and laundry facilities are also well kept and sufficient for what you would need. The showers are hot and there are plenty of them in the bath houses. The community of residents are kind and friendly. There are plenty of activities on the calendar to participate in and a heated clean swimming pool. Pets are welcome, which is also nice. We have enjoyed living here so far and expect it will continue this way. Keep up the good work!
Tiny sites. Looks like an attempt to update with new tables. Not made for big rigs. Was met at registration with many spoken rules as well as many.pages of typed rules. Most dogs not welcome, but I saw dogs bigger than 30 pounds. Dogs restricted to walking along tiny patch of grass along the fence and road. Although it says Good Sam...I was told they dont honor GS for one night. Manager was helpful. Seems pricey.
We stayed here for 1 night during our trip through Florida. Ideal location for visiting Silver Springs. Very friendly reception. Bathrooms felt a bit nostalgic but were very clean. The pool was also nice and clean. We stayed between permanent residents, but that is not a problem for us. The picnic table in our spot was outdated, but they are busy renovating the picnic tables. If you are looking for a place close to Silver Springs State Park, this park is definitely recommended.
This park has good property management by Mr. Larry and good maintenance management provided by Mr. Josh. Both managers have been dependable., USPS and package delivery are a plus. Camping folk meet people and make long-term friendships. The park is very quiet with the feel of town and country.
