Beautiful, easy access Horse Camp near Sisters. Met-Win trail runs right through.
This campground is free so don't expect a clean toilet or water trough. But there is water and it is located right on the Metolias Windago trail system.
Nice secluded spot to bring your horses and ride the many trails in the area
Your directions were not only short by 4/10s of a mile, it asked me to turn right where there was not a road.I saw a a road to the right about 100 ft. farther down the road so I went there and turned right since the "voice " said I had reached my destination. I followed the road about 1/2 mile but it was obvious there was no camp site. I went back to the main road. After a little exploration I found the camp site a bit farther down the road and on the LEFT. This was in the forest on a dirt road. This could have been a bad thing during the snows of winter. Usually Google maps are pretty good and I like the service. This time not so much.
