One of my favorite camping spots. I caught a 55lb channel cat out of the river, and released him. Wild horses sometimes visit the camp as well.

Unfortunately the monument has be defaced and covered in graffiti. It's disappointing how poorly the public treats these historical sites.

Decent walk up River access, the plaque for Taylor's ferry has unfortunately been vandalized and is missing
