This is my go to place to get away for a nice weekend. I enjoy seeing the mill each time I go; they have a bunch of antiques and local artifacts from the early days of the area. The location is perfect, it’s close to the Swinging Bridge and Rock Creek; one of the most picturesque areas of the North Georgia mountains. Blue Ridge and Blairsville are a short drive for dinner or walking the downtown shops. I’m looking forward to my next mini-getaway.

Very clean, warm and inviting place to stay. Really appreciative of the historical preservation on the grounds and how it not only provides a safe, inviting and beautiful place to camp but also educational. Dog friendly as well!

Just returned. It could not have been more enjoyable! We met some great people staying there from around the country and Canada!. The owners could not have been more accommodating and truly caring. We took the mill tour on the grounds, went to the beautiful waterfalls, the nearby winery for an afternoon, visited several near-by antique shops. Everything was sooooo awesone! I can't recommend enough. Also, one evening we sat around a bond fire and had live guitar music and singing..doesn't get better than this! Such a delight! Let me not forget it was my honey's birthday Saturday and he caught 4 trout! He was sooooo excited!!!! Loved it!!!

Yes, i would definitely stay here again when in the area... i actually plan on it!! My husband 2 dogs and I spent a week here and enjoyed every moment of it!! The location is close to many beautiful hiking trails places to eat, drink, and relax. The owners were very kind and accommodating to us. They clearly love and take great care of the grounds. Clean restrooms, showers, and laundry area !!😁 I can not even express how beautiful this campground is, so I will drop some photos that hardley give it justice. In addition to the tranquil sound of the mill running 24/7, the views, history, and wildlife of the ground are worth the vist! I recommend you bring cash, although they did let us run our card with a small fee added. Also, don't climb on the rocks!!! 🐍

Took a quick detour off the Benton Mackaye trail to tent here and get a shower after a rainy day. The hosts were very hospitable. Would recommend to any hiker looking for a more comfortable place to tent for the night.
