Great location, customer service was great as well. Room was nice, not perfectly clean, AND the a/c was broken. Last room and check in temp was 96. The front desk tried to fix, but didn’t happen. We got a fan to help, but it was a sweaty mess for us most of the night. They did compliment our cost, which was nice but it was a rough night. Free breakfast was par for Choice properties, but closed at 9am, closed too early. Overall rating 3.7 for us.
It is the best cleanest hotel we have stayed in in years. This is our second time staying here. We will definitely stay there again.
Wow what a great place to stay in Bend. Despite being more on the suburbs side, Sleep Inn is literally across the street from the Worthy Brewery, so we enjoyed walking to our dinner and the live music there. The rooms were also nice and spacious. And we also enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. They did really well with the greeneries in the pool area to make the space relaxing. Breakfast quality was ok but it’s still great to have this option vs having to find food first thing in the morning.
Room was ready when we arrived. The pool and hottub were clean and heated. Having Worthy Brewhouse within walking distance was a bonus. Highly recommend this hotel.
Taking off a star because the hot tub was out of service. The pool was open. Otherwise, the customer service was great, the room was clean and the overall hotel was a good quality for the price we paid. Would return!
