We had an amazing stay. The front desk staff were some of the nicest hotel employees I have ever encountered (and I have traveled quite a bit). The room was very clean. We always felt safe. I loved all the Christmas decorations. Bryson City is an amazing town that feels like it's straight out of a Hallmark movie. We can't wait to go back.
This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is in a really great location that is close to everything in town. I would recommend staying here. There is not an elevator to the second floor, but that was not a problem for us. They do have a washer and dryer on site, which is a big plus for us.
I am a travel advisor, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! It was quaint, clean, and had very friendly service. It is a little older and not extravagantly decorated, but definitely made our needs.
Comfortable, safe, clean, nice staff. Easy to get to and quick check in! Rooms are all accessed from interior hallways (safer). Great breakfast with waffles and pancakes plus the traditional continental fixings.
The Sleep Inn in Bryson City was a pleasant place to stay for the few days I was in the area. Clean, comfortable, seemingly well maintained, with a very friendly and professional staff. I just admit, the continental breakfast left a bit to be desired, but I intended on having breakfast elsewhere. A note for those with mobility concerns - there is no elevator to the second floor, and space can fill up quickly during the vacation season. Still though, a reasonably priced and comfortable hotel convenient to area attractions.
