Beat hotel I've staid at in a long time. Staff was super nice. Rooms were great. I called after calling all over in Columbus where I was supposed to be staying after the Staidum Series Hockey Game. Well long story short every place in Columbus was booked. So I seen the reviews of this place seen it was in another destination I wouldn't mind seeing so I gave them a call. Asked if any rooms were available had 4 left and gave me a discount on mine. Best hotel experience I've had yet. Thank you for everything. It was our first weekend in 2 years of having our son with a night away. It was so nice after the stress we went through in Columbus!
Best hotel experience we've ever had. Had to stay for a week during Christmas and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. The manager was wonderful, hot breakfast was great. Was very happy to see it was beautifully decorated for Christmas since we couldn't be home. Great restaurant and bar next door where you get a discount. Great location with easy highway access. Will only stay here whenever we come into town. And pet friendly! Thank you!
Really nice place. Super clean people at the front desk were really good and polite. My only complaint and it's really not that bad is that the elevator is slower than molasses LOL
The staff is the best here, everyone was super nice. Rooms were clean and I love the design. Bed was comfy and the sheets/covers were also. Breakfast is good, bacon and cheese omelettes on Sunday! Dogs are allowed and welcomed, there's a nice grassy area in the back with doggie bags and trash. I come to Hocking Hills for the Jeep event the past two years, this is now my go-to place.
Booked this somewhat last minute during fall break and was very pleased with our stay. The staff were super friendly, great with kids, and helpful, overall awesome! The breakfast was good as well. The slow elevator was the only complaint, and it was not a big deal.
