Room rates were very affordable. We needed a room for two days and this fit the bill. The great rates were during their "off" season? but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The management was friendly and easy to work with. They offered a continental breakfast. We'll be back.
This hotel, as well as the two down from it might look nice from the outside, but I would never recommend anyone stay here. It is not American owned for one. The rooms weren’t filthy but they could’ve been better for sure. There was a single roach looking bug in the bathroom but never seen anymore. Breakfast was 2 kinds of cereal, yogurt, and self serve waffles. Trash. Best part, our truck along with 2 other vehicles were broken into. The hotel next door had 6-8 get hit as well. Sleep Inn staff couldn’t have cared less about the situation and didn’t even let us know it happened. I found out it took place around 1:30 am. Metro Nashville police never showed up, and said they caught the guy but he ran and there’s an ordinance in Nashville that prevents police from engaging in a chase. They couldn’t have cared any less either, clearly.
Room was fine. Recently refurbished. The only thing not good was the extraordinary water pipe nose. So loud and frequent at night that it made it very hard to sleep. Seemed like every time any other room flushed the commode or turned on a faucet we heard it, and loud.
Not a bad hotel for a night or 2 stay near Nashville. The automated car wash just outside the hotel is a little annoying with voice and sounds. The room was nice and comfortable. Firm bed, tons of tv channels, great water pressure, etc.
Would never stay here again. We have stayed in multiple Sleep Inn hotels and this has been the worst. Room was dirty, stunk, mirror was dirty, chair in the room was dirty and stained we didn’t even want to sit anything on it. You could barely slide the bathroom door open. Women at the front desk couldn’t understand what we were talking about when we asked for a baby crib/pack n play I had to ask multiple times before they would bring one. Some plug ins didn’t work in the room. Just over all bad experience
