Sleep Inn & Suites Lake of the Ozarks

The room was nice and comfortable. But my girlfriend and I paid $200 for 1 night because they have a heated inside pool and hot tub. The heated pool wasn't working and the hot tub was very green and mucky and hasn't been cleaned. We ask for a discount because of not being able to use the pool or hot tub. They refunded us $100. Thank you Sleep Inn. We will be back and hopefully be able to use the pool and hot tub.

Pull out bed collapsed on the person laying in it kind of like a taco folded in the center. The pull out bed was covered in stains. We had no choice but for one of our people with us to sleep there. Hotel staff could not get another one for us at all. Breakfast was good lots to choose from.

Room was clean. The hotel was clean. Service was good. Breakfast was fine. Coffee wasn't super warm and food wasn't super hot either. Only issue we had with room was bathroom sink didn't drain well until we took the drain cover off. There was a small crack in the upper corner of the shower. The amphitheater does have a shuttle service that runs on show nights. It's $20 per person. We did not use the service but thought it was nice for those wanting to drink and have a way home from concerts or just dont wanna worry about traffic.

The rooms are big and the hotel is clean. The free breakfast is good too. The rooms on the backside have a great view of the treed hillside. The beds are pretty comfortable but a little too soft for our preference. Great showers, but they need to install vents in the bathrooms. Oh, nice little gym too. Note, the first floor is actually the basement. The 2nd floor is the main floor.
