Forrest and Mona are about the nicest Campground hosts you could ever find. My truck broke down here and they went out of their way to help. Sleepy Hollow is a quiet quaint campground just down the road from Capital Reef and right next to Cathedral Valley road. The showers and restrooms are clean and there is water and a dump station with electric at the sites (30/50amp) that are well spaced. Pricing is very reasonable too! And The night sky is about the most amazing you will ever see here.

VERY clean restrooms and showers. Outstanding hosts - Forest gave us some great advice on the local trails). Great quiet location to base out of for off-road fun and hiking the amazing trails. Easy run to Capitol Reef NP, Factory Butte, Temples of Sun and Moon, etc. They DO HAVE WI-FI but no cell service (which was great for us 😀)

Older campground but the best one I’ve ever stayed at with the nicest people ever. Spacious level sights, clean showers and restrooms, great reasonable prices, and excellent wifi. Very quiet and peaceful with wonderful views. I’ve been on the road in a class B full time for over 5 years. Beats any expensive park I’ve ever stayed at.

Looks can be deceiving. At first I was taken aback by the looks of this campground. We had to use a phone on the porch to call the owners to check us in. BUT..they are so nice and helpful. It's inexpensive and close to some amazing trails and views. It's not a fancy place, but we loved staying here.

We called and got a spot to be there within 30 minutes. Owner met us at the front and took us to our spot. Super easy transaction and we were basically the only ones there. The stars were amazing!! Highly recommend this campground! Wish we could have stayed longer to just relax on our 5 National Park anniversary tour!
