It was great! Plenty, PLENTY, of kindling sticks all over everywhere. Bathroom was clean, but unheated on a 40 degree day, so probably un-cooled on a 100 degree day, YMMV. Easy to drive in, all the spots look easy to access. The front staff at check in were nice, helpful. Close to several restaurants in Paradise and Smithville. There's a food truck that was in town that we stopped at, and it was really good, DJ's! Handmade Nutella pop tart.... you're welcome. Thank you, guys!

Near the lake. Paved loop with gravel parking. Long picnic tables near fire rings. Good water in the center of the loop. Only downside was duck droppings.

Accessible showers and water. Be careful to not plan your camping on days that it will be 100+, might take the fun out of it a little. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nearest store/gas station isn't even a mile away.
